1 teaspoon of ginger for every glass of water;
1 spoon of lemon juice;
1 spoon of honey;
How to make:
Boil the water with the ginger and let infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain it and add the lemon juice. When the tea is warmer, add the honey.
Drink it warm.
